The short version
I studied information systems at Stevens Institute of Technology and joined eMazzanti in 2021 as a business process engineer. The job was to find out how work really got done, write it down as SOPs and process maps, and put numbers on it. That habit of mapping first is still how I start every project.
Today I lead the AI and automation team. A normal week might include a Copilot readiness assessment, a Copilot Studio agent for a client's website, an MCP connector so Copilot can work inside a company's own systems, and a lot of honest conversations about what AI can and can't do yet.
This year that has added up to 40 to 50 flows for about 20 clients.
